Cartier Double-Sided Stickpin, c. 1920

A statement of quiet sophistication, this double-sided stickpin by Cartier is both stylish and versatile. One side of the decorative element is comprised of two square borders of circular-cut diamonds set in platinum surrounding a diamond center, while the reverse consists of two square borders set with calibré-cut sapphires in yellow gold around a sapphire center.
